Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. brojl may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, first withdrawal, and periodic compliance reviews.
All transactions on the brojl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of brojl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brojl, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. brojl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, brojl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
brojl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described herein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the brojl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the brojl support team. brojl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
